Every rumor I read for the past week was that "he'll be kept, he'll be kept, he'll be kept..."
This is a common sense and necessary move. Why the held would a new GM keep that worthless Polian drone?
Get a real coach Indy.

That sucks. Marty Mornhinweg to the Colts, I predict.

I have to think they are going to go after a coordinator in the playoffs or just eliminated from the playoffs, otherwise, Caldwell would have been fired weeks ago. Maybe Pete Carmichael of Mike McCoy?

Nah we're bringing in Spags!
Maybe Spags as HC of the defense, Morninwheg as HC of the offense.
But seriously Irsay's jet was in STL today and rumors are flying around that Spags is coming to Indy in some capacity.

Will Carroll is suggesting that the new GM (Ryan Grigson) put that info out there to test for leaks. His ass is fired.

Very happy with this signing. I think this means the end of Brent Grimes.

I'm starting to get pretty confident that the Saints will be able to land Spags especially with the Falcons dropping out now with the signing of Nolan. It's now down between the Eagles and Saints. I like NOLA's chances.

I'm funky. I guess it just takes coordinator re-signings to bring it out in me.

You're dreaming. If Philbin leaves then Clements is all but guaranteed the OC position in Green Bay. Tampa must be interviewing both as possible HC options.

Love. Would I have preferred Spags? Absolutely, but Nolan is a really nice add. <3 the idea of a hybrid D.

By the time Tampa decides to narrow down the search to see who gets 2nd interviews....
Joe Philbin will be the HC of the Raiders
Mike Zimmer will be the coach of the Dolphins
Rob Chudzinski will be the coach of the Colts.
So go ahead Glazers. Take as much time as you need. Remember, there are other positions open. I'm on board with a thorough coaching search, but taking TOO much time isn't very good either.

And you can enjoy the wonders of Mike Sherman!
Hey, maybe they can add Caldwell to the list too? He's officially a "has-been" now.

Yeah. In 2009, they hired Raheem Morris too Quick.
Now, they're taking TOO LONG where the good candidates are not going to wait this out. Remember, there has to be a coaching staff in place and if they take too long, it might be hard for the new guy to put together a quality staff in so little time.
