This reminds me, it has been too long since I went on a Sheetz run, or a Wawa run for that matter (the only reason I do both is because thereare 4 Wawas before the nearest Sheetz to me) in a while.
But yeah, guarantee everyone not from PA, Jersey, Delaware, Southern NY, and maybe parts of Maryland(?) will have no clue what at least one of these places are.

I should have known, with how much you travel...
Then again, the problem may be that you went to one (or both?) that were in Philly...

Wawa sandwiches are sloppily made and they either put way to much mayo or way to little, and if you ask for oregano that's all the sandwich will taste like.
I have no idea what Sheetz is. But Quick Chek shits on Wawa.

Is this like how Honolulu has an ABC Store on every corner, or how Seattle has two Starbucks on every corner?

No, they aren't nearly that common, their started as gas station type places, and now they have breakfast foods and other meals. Sheetz wins because they actual make their food to order. That, and its just better in every single way.

Never heard of Sheetz....dont ever go to Wawa, either. Even though, they're everywhere. Go to Quick Chek more. Not like a make a habit of hanging out at these places.

the one in university city. which, to be honest, wasn't bad as a corner store. but their sandwiches were so mediocre, especially in a city with great sandwiches on every street corner.

Royal's Pizza > All. With that said WTF is Sheetz? Granted I've not been in the area for a while is Sheetz new?
EDIT: There are no Sheetz in Philadelphia Proper and there is no way I'm going all the way to Morgantown for a similar to Wawa run

I don't care for either. I do like using my grocery store card (Weis) to save money on gas at Sheetz though. ($1.07/gal, thank you very much!)
Okay, so I guess Sheetz wins for that reason.
Oh, and I love banana peppers!

This thread means nothing to me, I genuinely had no idea what it would be about when clicking the title...
I was disappointed, so many better things went through my head for what Sheetz and Wawas could be!

I never stepped into a Starbucks until like last year. Random irrelevant fact.

Sometimes I call water "wawa."
And other times, when something impresses me, I go "wowie wawa," with a Borat accent.
Nothing real funny about the name "sheetz" though. Nope. Nothing at allll.
