Happy Leap Day!
A once-every-four-years event to behold.
So what were you doing 4 years ago at this time? Feb. 29 2008. It was a Friday that year.
I was in the 2nd semester of my sophomore year of college. I probably went to whatever classes I had in the morning, came home, smoked with my roommate, played with our pet rat who we had for about a month at this point (his name was Roscoe and he was awesome,) and then played whatever video games I was playing at the time. Probably got drunk that night too.
Fast forward 4 years and now I've graduated...work full time...and I'll probably go home tonight and play some Mass Effect 2 setting my character up for 3. I doubt I'll drink since I have to work in the morning, my pet rat is long dead, and I haven't smoked in 14 months. (I haven't smoked a large amount in almost 2 years.)
Man do times change...

Honestly I am unsure where/ what I was doing. My best guess is working nights in a ****** ass factory. Thank god I realized that isn't what I want to do for the rest of my life and decided to go back to college.

I was in my second to last semester in college on February 29, 2008. I didn't go to class because Friday classes are weak sauce. I probably went to work as a cashier at Publix. I opened the store every Friday so I begrudgingly woke up at 6 AM, worked for six or seven hours, probably had lunch at Chick-Fil-A, took a nap, then spent the night talking to my girlfriend on the phone and playing Grand Theft Auto.
Fast forward to today. I too have graduated, I got my Masters, and now I'm working full time. When I get off work, I'm going to make some pasta for dinner, hang out with my dog, and watch some American Idol with my wife.

You've been teaching since you first learned from Aristotle. No surprise there.

Methuselah was a good kid. He always had a smile on his face and always raised his hand before speaking.

Four years ago I was a sophomore in high school. I was probably skipping class, if not I was there. Today I'm a freshman in university. Woke up for 5 AM workouts today, the downside of football. Will probably join BeerBaron in working on my ME2 character later on to get ready for the next game.

Four years ago was a Friday... So I was probably working, bullshitting around on here as well. Then I probably went home and watched combine coverage until I went over to one of my friend's house.

I was in my 4th semester as a collegiate. I didn't have classes on Friday that semester, so only god knows what I was doing. Probably sleeping in, playing some video games, eating Fat Moe's, and then going to a party or something.
