Supplementary Draft Picks

When are complementary/supplementary picks announced? The ones that are awarded because of previous year's losses in free agency.

I think you mean Compensatory Picks. Those are announced at the league meeting that takes place in the third or fourth week of March, so it should be a few weeks yet.

The "Supplemental Draft" is that thing that takes place in the summer for players who, for whatever reason, find themselves ineligible to play college football in the fall.

There's no "complementary pick" or "complementary draft" as far as I'm aware.
