Ted Thompson has come out publicly and said he has a height requirement for every position, and in the four drafts he ran for the Seahawks and the seven drafts he ran for the Packers he has only ever drafted one player who was shorter than 5'10" (Brandon Jackson who is 5'9 7/8", which is darn near 5'10".) By now, it is very, very unlikely that this is an accident.
Martin, at 5'9 1/8" is at least 6/8" too short for the Packers to consider drafting him. Anyway, when a guy has publicly come out and said he has a height requirement across all positions, I wouldn't project him drafting a player shorter than anybody else he has drafted.
Anyway, for the few times the Packers care to run the ball, James Starks, Alex Green, and some late round guy/undrafted FA/Brandon Saine will be enough.
