The Saints are embarrasing with how they are handling this Drew Brees situation. I know its the logical thing to do to slap the tag on him, but they have had 2 years now to sign him to a long term deal, and havent...

The dude won you a ring, is one of the all time greats and is only getting better with age (steve nash syndrone)... You owe it to him, suck it up and give the man what he deserves.

I dont blame him for being "irate"

That's actually pretty small potatoes compared to everything else going on with the Saints right now. They're looking at serious fines, draft pick forfeiture, and potential lengthy suspensions to their head coach and GM.

Brees' situation is just some icing on the shittiest cake ever.
