I would give 14 million to McGee in monopoly cash.
No ******* way he gets that.

Jamal Crawford not suited up, could be a sign that the trade is close to bring finalized.

W/ McGee its typical contract negotiation just like in every sport. He asks for 14 million he gets DeAndre Jordan like money at about 10 million a year. He asks for 10 million at the start of negotiations then he gets 7.5 million.
Personally I hope we get rid of this knucklehead. We will probably keep him so we should actually get a big man coach on the coaching staff.
I want to see that money go to Eric Gordon and hope we can get him away from the Hornets, then draft Harrison Barnes. Booker is looking like he can become a big man of the future its just his 6'8 frame hurts him.

What the hell happened to the Blazers? Early in the year they looked like one of the better teams in the west and now they're suddenly ******* horrible.

Quote:
'Antoni, the source said, had been advocating that the Knicks attempt to trade Anthony to the New Jersey Nets for guard Deron Williams, a deal D'Antoni believed would be beneficial for both franchises. But Dolan categorically declined that request, and the “conflicting visions” between the owner and head coach about Anthony meant there was no way forward.
D'Antoni had hoped the Knicks' inspired and winning play with Lin as the centerpiece — while Anthony and Stoudemire were injured — would convince Dolan the Knicks could win without Anthony. Bringing Williams from the Nets would also have eases the burden on Lin, D'Antoni believed, allowing Lin to settle into a three-guard rotation.

Trading Andre Miller for Ray Felton is continually biting them in the ass. Also, Jeremy Lin is worthless without D'Antoni gone.....shocker.

He's been alright. He clearly has some kinks to work out and a long way to go, so his rookie season is a slight disappointment, but he's shown enough promise.

I can see the Wizards making a attempt to sign D'antoni. Grunfeld is obsessed with picking athletes in an attempt to have a fast break offense.

Knicks spanking the Blazers. I don't think much of it. Portland packed it in 5 minutes into the game.

was sarcasm.
it looks like the knicks tonight just decided to let JR smith chuck away. In any sense I wouldn't want anything to do with a team where JR smith gets the majority of touches.

Most of Smith's shots were when the game was pretty much already over and the Blazers gave up.
Also this game he was actually making shots.

I feel sorry for Dwight. Such a nice guy, he doesnt want to disappoint/piss off the Magic fans, but he doesn't want to be apart of a non-contending team.

D'Antoni's rap in PHX was he didn't want to play rookies, obviously it was a little different in New York but he didn't have a choice in most cases
