Seriously, how the **** do people make this mistake? He's the best defenseman of the modern era and has been in the league for 20 years. It's not like there's anyone famous named "Lindstrom" to confuse him with.

It's the refs fault.
Sorry Xio, just getting ready for Detroit playoff hockey.
Lololol. JK Xio.

In other words if you were gm of these two teams what would be your moves/approach to the draft and free agency.

What happens first?
Crosby takes a hit and leaves the game or Crosby takes a clean hit but a bs penalty is called on the Rangers?

Apparently Ovechkin filled out a mess of a Bracket.
Everyone on HFBoards were making fun of it.

Perhaps, OV knows more about it then everyone thought. :)

If Detroit finds a way to lose at home to Washington, I'm going to punch Xio in the weiner.

Sorry, but Joe Louis Arena is doubling as an infirmary. I don't think they will win.
Detroit is still missing Lidstrom, Franzen, Ericsson, Kindl, Helm, Eaves, MacDonald.
Datsyuk has been back 1 game. Bertuzzi has been back 2 games. Howard has been back 3 games.

I want Detroit to keep losing and finish 6th. I haven't been watching games lately because I'm prone to indifference about how they finish. I just know they're so collectively injured they won't have success.

3 different fights off the opening faceoff in the Rangers/Devils game. Never, ever seen a game start like that before. All 6 forwards were fighting, although Tortorella put Bickel out for a faceoff even though he's a d-man. Torts was pissed that DeBoer started with his goon line.
Jensen, hope you saw it. Know that's your kinda style

Down 4 with two shots on goal after the first. Good show, Leafs.

Scoring some really nice goals tonight. Not spectacular, but the kind of goals good teams score. Probably helps that it's against Tampa.
Foligno - Ennis - Stafford line is all kinds of awesome.

facing dallas would be nice, but i'd rather get at least one series with home ice. meh, if they're still all beat up in a few weeks, it probably won't matter too much.

I think Nashville would beat them in 6 games. **** home ice.

The Preds are hot. They get Radulov back, and Rinne can steal the series.
That's my genuine opinion. Helm is out through Round 1. Lidstrom probably won't return til there's 2 games left in the season. They're bound to incur more injuries in the meantime. Howard hasn't been the same since the groin injury.
And honestly, I think finishing 6th could spur Holland to make some overdue moves this offseason and actually be aggressive. He really ****** up by not spending his money this summer and then not spending it at the deadline either.

Sooo ... Jimmy Howard is injured AGAIN.
Wings have to hope no one claims Ty Conklin on re-entry waivers or they're stuck playing a rookie no-namer, Jordan Pearce. Joey MacDonald is also injured, so they're basically ******.
I've never seen a 1st place team derailed so much by injuries. Detroit was tops in the league when this began, no they're bound to finish 6th in the West. Unbelievable.
