Seattle cuts Robert Gallery
The BROWNS need depth at Left Guard. They gave Eric Steinbach his release and have Pinkston as the new starter. What's the deal with Gallery? I know he had knee and groin injuries last year.

72nd out of 77 guards on PFF last year. Probably not worth it.

Matt, With all due respect -- it's pretty hard to play at a competitive level when injured, and you know that these gladiators play hurt. I just wonder if the guy is any good when he's healthy. Or is he ever healthy?

I think he's a pretty decent pickup for someone if healthy. It isnt my money but paying too much wouldnt be too smart.

Now Seattle can draft DeCastro at #12 when Tannehill is gone.

Tannehill or Flynn should land in Seattle the way it's shaping up. If they get Flynn and DeCastro i'm going to be ecstatic.

Flynn and DeCastro is feeling pretty realistic. At this point, I'm feeling like Seattle doesn't end up with Tannehill unless we trade up in the draft. Signing Flynn and drafting DeCastro would be solid, though. But it's always exciting getting to draft a QB in the first.

At least he stayed on the roster for a full season. That should get Oakland a comp pick.

Spending a first rounder on a guard especially if he's your 3rd first rounder on OL in 3 years is probably a terrible idea. And I love DeCastro and think he's a really really good fit scheme-wise.

you made a thread devoted to a washed up, fill-the-roster offensive lineman?

Lies. I'm thinking about keeping Marshawn Lynch in my fantasy league. Draft all the o-line you want, Seattle. Keep neglecting QB and feeding Beast Mode carries.

The safest pick in the draft. In the same class as tony bosili as a prospect.

Anthony Davis is awful. For all their investments , they have an average at best at OL that gives up a lot of sacks despite the fact that they don't throw a lot and they throw a lot of quick passes.

Anthony Davis was 20 this past year... Staley didnt really come around (I think injuries was involved too IIRC) til his end of 2nd/3rd year.

I hate paying for stats, is there any way you could post the PFF rankings for all the guards somewhere?
