Tannehill has a Brett Favre ceiling, but that is not the real issue. Weeden has a much better floor. Based on the next 5 years, IMO the one you want is Weeden. His reads and short game are better developed. Its hard to choose between them on intangibles, so call that a push.
The big difference is that the second contract will be for Tannehill's prime years, and Weeden's declining years. That is why RT will go top 10 and Weeden will go second half of the 1st.
