He's a 3rd stringer, perhaps a backup if he plays better than expected in camp.
At least he has starting experience, and he didn't do too too bad in some games last season

If you have a team with Brady Quinn, Jimmy Clausen, and Gabbert, and you have to pick one to start who wins?

And Tebow can't be traded to the team, since he would automatically win.

I would have to go with Quinn, so he can tank the season for me and I can draft someone decent.

But if you can't tank the season, I would go with Jimmy.

see, i think quinn is getting off easy because he hasn't really played in two years. when you can throw a simple hitch route without chucking the ball to the wrong team, or 30 feet in front of your receiver, you're no longer a qb. everything painter did last year was better than nearly anything quinn has ever done.
