Need to learn more about Logan Thomas. Love that Mike Glennon is up there. Seen a little of him but I've liked what I've seen so far.

Complex You forgot DeMarcus Millner and Tharold Simon is a corner

I have Simon listed as a potential 1st rounder below, but Millner, not sure he has shown that yet but clearly Saban will coach him up and he might become an elite player, has not shown that yet to me though.

Bills2083 Are we going to be hearing similar things about Fluker as we did to Glenn this past year? I haven't seen him play, so I don't know if they're similar in the slightest, or what (aside from size)
|
Fluker has a crazy base, huge thick kid, not an awful pass protector but is just an earth mover. But yet if he struggles in pass protection he will drop, but to be at this point he is the most talented offensive tackle potentially out there.

I like him, just not sure he is 1st round potential, could totally make that argument though, amazing versatility.

I love Barrett Jones. The fact he can play all 5 positions on the o-line at a high level is amazing. I hope he is drafted as an OT in the pros.

Do not sleep on Ray Ray Armstrong from "THE U." Word from Miami is that he is in great physical condition and had an outstanding spring.

Oh I will sleep on him, I will go to friggin bed on that guy.
Crazy disappointment so far, stiff, not productive, not a good ball hawk, not a great tackler, lacks intensity on the field. He has a long ways to go and so far through three years of college football, he has been a huge disappointment, maybe he can turn that around in one year, who knows.

My 3 favorite 2013 prospects for the Cowboys are:
Eric Reid, SS, LSU
William Gholston, DE, Michigan State
Jesse Williams, NT, Alabama
and to keep my USC homering in tact:
TJ McDonald, FS, USC

Boise State has a pair of corners that are draftable prospects:
Jamar Taylor
Jarrell Gavins

Hey all. Signed up just to come out with a preposterous bang. Justin Gilbert, CB, Oklahoma State... if he comes out, he'll be a first round pick.
He's 6 foot, ~200 lbs, fastest guy on the team, GREAT return man (4 KO return TD's in 2 years), has great ball skills. He intercepted Luck, Griffin, Tannehill and Landry Jones this year, and on the Luck and Griffin picks, baited them both into throwing to a guy they thought was open before exploding to make the pick. Both QB's afterward said "well that one was just a great play by the CB".
He's still learning the position (came in as the ubiquitous "athlete"), but the progress he made from 2010 to 2011 was crazy. If he does it again (and he's one of the hardest workers on the team), he could go top 15. He's got everything you look for.
Just wanted to get that in now so I can be that annoying "I told you so" guy a year from now. Looking forward to it.

No chance to start if he stayed at SS. FSU has a stud there in Terrence Brooks.

This could be the best draft class to come out of FSU ever depending on who comes out and how '12 seasons play out.
These guys have 1st round potential and are predicted to come out:
Xavier Rhodes - CB (top CB with Amerson?)
Tank Carradine - DE (freak DE)
Bjeorn Werner - DE (dominant DE)
Brandon Jenkins - DE (most productive DE)
Christian Jones - LB (freak athlete)
These guys are all 2-4 round type guys:
Everette Dawkins - DT (maybe best and most versatile DL)
Rodney Smith - WR (Tommy Streeter 2.0)
Greg Reid - CB - (also top return man)
These guys are all later round draft picks:
EJ Manuel - QB (physical tools, mental questions)
Amp McCloud - DT (very solid run stuffer)
Dustin Hopkins - K (probably top kicker in draft)
These guys all have draft potential, but are borderline right now
Lonnie Pryor - RB/FB
Vince Williams - MLB
Nick Moody - LB/SS
Chris Thompson - RB

Neither of you guys have any idea what you are talking about.
Kid has dealt with injuries, but is one of the hardest workers on the team. Coach Golden praised him relentlessly before last season for getting into shape and showing great work ethic. He went from around 370 lbs his freshman season, to around 345 lbs his sophomore season. It's all about the injuries with him, but when he has been healthy and in the lineup, he has been every bit worthy of that top ranking coming out of high school. If he stays in the lineup the whole year, he will be a top ten pick, no question about it. Kid is a DEVASTATING run blocker, and above average pass blocker. If he locks on, it's over.

Also, Amp McCloud has the coolest name. I really like Bjorn Werner as well. Always showing up in the backfield.

Arthur Brown could be a top 20 pick after this season. Tank Carradine is a guy who will probably go higher than the more highly touted Brandon Jenkins, but you never know. Also I thinK Star Loteleilei (sp?) is definitely the #1 DT at this point, probably top 12 pick.

Johnathon Hankins would be very disappointed in you keylime ;)
I have him ranked over Star right now, even though I'll admit it's a big leap of faith.

You left Sam Montgomery off your list?
I think another guy who could maybe sneak into the 1ST Round could be Nickoe Whitley from Mississippi State.
I really want to see how Tyrann Mathieu handles going against the Top WR's in the SEC, I really like him but think he will have to move to Safety in the NFL and could be a Troy Polamalu or Ed Reed type of big play maker because his coverage skill are not that good and watching the NC Game he just got killed all over that game.

Robert Woods and Keenan Allen are both better than any WR from this year's draft. Any Cal game I watched and any time I watched draftable prospects from this year, either for Cal or against them, Allen was the one guy who stood out by a mile.

What is Golden supposed to say? Rip on a kid who has under preformed and tear him down when he is one of the few left on a decimated offensive line? Will see what happens, but when you come in and everyone considers you to be elite, and you are not elite, kind of a disappointment. Especially at that size being a former basketball player as well.
Of course he might turn it around, but so far cannot see how anyone could say he is living up to his expectations.

I agree, both are outstanding corners, very good athletes and are quick as can be. Both should easily be drafted next year.

Yeah Arthur Brown was stellar last year, but has a lot of competition at inside linebacker though.

What are everyone's thought on Kenny Stills? I see you listed Jazz Reynolds, but not Stills.
Its going to be interesting watching Landry Jones this year. He'll either cement himself as a 1st round pick, or fall to probably 3rd/4th round.
