Quote:
Raiders linebacker Rolando McClain was found guilty on all charges and was sentenced to 180 days in jail in Decatur, Alabama today.
McClain had been charged with third-degree assault, reckless endangerment, menacing, and unlawful discharge of a firearm, all of which are misdemeanor charges. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail for each charge.
He was released on bond and there is no word yet on whether he can serve his sentence after the upcoming football season.
McClain’s co-defendant, Jaradious Willingham, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and agreed to testify against McClain earlier today.
McClain and Willingham stood trial on charges stemming from an attack on November 30, 2011 in Decatur. A cell phone video of the attack surfaced yesterday, and there were reports that McClain threatened the victim, Rishard Tapscott, this March...

Goodell isn't going to like this, I expect McClain to get 8 games+, possibly the whole season depending on how things go with the Saints player suspensions.
