To be fair. it only has to do with antitrust cases associated with the two claims mentioned. Nothing to do with the current case made by the Cowboys/Skins against the League(although it hasn't gotten that far.)

I read that as they can sue for Antitrust assuming it doesn't have anything to do with the White/Brady v NFL cases.

If I'm reading it right, it applies to any collusion with respect to any League Year prior to 2011. In this case, the collusion took place during the 2010 League Year.

My understanding though is that there is a stipulation that reads any collusion that was known or should have been known. I anticipate that the nflpa will argue that they are just know learning of the collusion.
