So apparently a "Justice League" movie has been in the works for over five years. I'm not sure how I feel about it.

The thing is DC has had so much trouble getting these movies off the ground I'm quite skeptical. A Justice League movie seems to make the least sense and I don't think we'll be getting that unless it is entirely made up of lower profile characters or DC feels completely comfortable with brand new actors playing the more popular heroes like Batman and Superman. The Man of Steel isn't even out yet and that has a new actor playing him while Bale is probably done as Batman.
EDIT: Maybe, if Nolan isn't sick of doing superhero movies, he and his folks can work on a Batman/Superman movie if The Man of Steel does well, assuming DC would want that. He was quoted as saying a while back that Batman and Superman are the only two "superheroes" in the universe that he, Snyder, Goyer, and company have put together. I think that idea is a lot more plausible than a Justice League movie coming out and doing well. I think a Batman/Superman film at least has a chance...and maybe Bale wouldn't mind putting the mask on one last time for a project like that. We'll have to see how The Man of Steel does first.

Justice league movie would be terrible until we can see that other characters are capable of existing on the big screen in the DC universe other than Batman (and some time ago superman I suppose). Not to mention it certainly isnt going to be able to be tied in with Nolans Bat universe, and if they tried it would be terrible.
also django looks like a lot of fun.

Maybe DC should just stick to animation. They definitely have Marvel beat at that and have for practically forever.

That's a bummer.
I cannot wait for Prometheus on Friday, since I'm off for summer I can go to a noon showing. But, what makes it better? They turned the theatre I can walk to into a draft house. You can order beer from your seat!

I'm going at midnight. Should be fun.
Any chance I see some Charlize Theron naughty bits in this movie?

I'm sorry did you sense sarcasm in my post? Because there was none! The first one was funny.

First off, In the Army Now was pretty funny and is an enjoyable movie to just watch when it's on TV, nothing special and not bad either. The real Pauly Shore movie worth talking about is Bio-Dome! That movie is awesome!
O and Foxx will be fine as Django. He's a good actor who will have a strong supporting cast and script. Not to mention he looks good in the trailer.
