It makes me curious, but you know I had questions about how this would work in the very beginning and there was never a clear answer then. Same as it is now. Which I think is a flaw.

Yeah, I was just about to suggest this. Like roll over minutes. You won't lose any advantage if you don't spend. But I think the pot needs to be replenished some amount every year.

I just don't see it as necessary. The number of players worthy of having more than $10 spent on them is very small. Everyone will have a lot of money still if there aren't several huge names traded to the NL.

Nah just give everyone $75 every year. Whatever you carry over from the previous year gets carried over and added to that.
