with the new nfl conduct policy hes too much of a risk. Hes a great player and has great skills and ability but the fact that he has been charged numerous times simply in college for rape, drugs, etc makes me nervous.

yea thats basically my thoughts on the subject. would rather take a high character guy with less skills then a troubled player

Giants don't usually go for guys with character issues and with the new league policy I doubt the Giants draft him.
