MS...isn't your version of country like....Vicente Fernandez??
Eh, sort of. Ranchera music is pretty much country music in spanish, but i have a strong preference for country over anything else. I'm a musician, so i have a passion and appreciation for a lot of different genres of music.

Someone explain to me how a guy as talented as Bradly Gaskin gets dropped from his record label It's a crying shame. His voice is 10 times better then people on the radio now.
Kenny Chesney's song "Come Over" is stuck in my head. What does everyone else think of this song? He seems to be coming out of his "chill" shell in this song from all the ones I've heard of from him.
I never really had a problem with Kenny to begin with. Brad Paisley and Toby Keith are the ones I'm upset with because they use to come out with stuff that wasn't redneck trash. I use to ******* idolize Toby.

Go luisten to Uncaged by the Zac Brown Band. This is the best country album since their last one came out. So much more different musically than all the other country acts right now. This is a band I want to see live...

I've said for a few years already that i think they're the top of the class right now in country music. Their vocals and instrumentals are second to none and they don't have that nashville trash style to their music. I hope they never get swallowed up by a huge label looking to exploit their mainstream success.

Yeah it was pretty obvious they are completely different based solely off the The Foundation. And I do expect them to continue to explore their musical creativity as they go on. They are already on their own label (were with the start of The Foundation, as well) and don't really have to answer to anyone but themselves. (I'd imagine Zac has the most say, since he owns it, but no difference) I was halfway through the album and it made me livid that there aren't more country bands that have the ability to do what they do, but then I realized shortly after that because it is so rare, I should try to be thankful for it. I honestly don't feel its fair just calling them country, they go into a bunch of different genres, as well as techniques within the genres, of not only playing style, but lyrical style. They are a gem, an absolute gem.
