I took the 18 teams combined in the two leagues, threw out six, and create a super-conference worthy of an automatic BCS bid. Imagine this for a 12-team league leaving out Air Force, Idaho, Louisiana Tech, New Mexico State, San Jose State, and Utah State. NORTH: Boise State, BYU, Colorado State, Fresno State, Utah, Wyoming SOUTH: Hawaii, Nevada, New Mexico, San Diego State, TCU, UNLV

I think this would be a great conference. Anybody else have any conference "tweeks"?

Make the ACC and the Big East merge, but only the good teams.

It would be far from great. It's better than before, but not worthy of an automatic BCS bid.

Well if people are making super conferences then the SEC will just be left alone then. They are already super enough.

Making "super" conferences would be extremely tough because you'd have a bunch of 10-2, 9-3 teams worthy of the upper tier bowl games that are being left out. It'd be like the SEC x3
