I can't decide between the 360 version or the PS3 version. Thoughts?

I have bought it every year for awhile but this year I am unsure... Madden 12 sucked something awful even worse than the years before which werent very good either.

Madden 12 was light years ahead of any of the previous 360/PS3 installments so I don't know where this idea is coming from. Not saying it was a great game, but at least get that straight. I hate, hate, hate that you can't have two offline franchise teams.

I gotta be honest I haven't even really liked any of the Maddens since the switch over to Xbox 360. The last years on the original Xbox felt so much more refined in every way except graphics. How/why do they seemingly just keep removing good features?

To make room for new ground breaking garbage... which will last an entire year until its removed because its garbage.

Playing rookies is a big factor for some people to buy each new version of madden. The better they are the greater the appeal.

RGIII would be really fun to play as. I wouldn't buy a new madden for that, especially as they no longer have fantasy drafts. I loved getting a team with just young draft picks. The team is super awesome in a season or two. RGIII I'd be certain to take him. The last Madden I bought was 09 where I'd always draft VY.

No idea why they'd take that out. It doesn't affect those that don't like it.

Yea I mean why is that a surprise anymore. He's a QB who is insanely athletic with a cannon for an arm, he's going to be good on a video game. You have to bring his awareness down to level it out. I'm pretty sure it's been like this since Vick came in as a QB as a rookie.

EDIT: Can anybody actually confirm we cant do fantasy drafts? That's been in the game forever, no reason for them to take that out. I'd like to know for certain that's the case.

That's never a big deal to me because they update ratings like every week now.

But I did some reading up and not only are there no fantasy drafts offline or online, but you cannot edit a player in any mode at all. No ratings, equipment, gloves, sucks, position, etc. Madden is an absolute joke right now. We only have to put up with 1 more Madden next year until they can finally have some competition again(unless they re-up).

I'm hoping 2k can throw their hat back in this. Madden is such a terrible franchise now that if there was competition they would see how far their numbers plummet. It's only due to the fact that it's the only football game on the most popular sport that the sales are still that high.

That's ridiculous, I always do a total rehaul of the awful, awful ratings madden puts out every year.

In the new Madden since the franchise mode is totally revamped into Connected Careers, I was wondering if you can make multiple Create-A-Players and use them in the same "franchise". Or can you only do one Connected Career at a time?

Didn't they delete the Fantasy drafts for this year? That's what I heard from someone, not sure if true though. That sucks if it is true, that's all me and my buddies do.

A buddy and I have done a fantasy draft every year since like 2007. If they actually took it out they just lost another customer.

So you mean to tell me I can't trade Demarcus Ware to a 4-3 team and have him become a DE? WTF would they just remove a critical feature like this? Dammit I was actually going to buy Madden this year too but if this **** is true I'm not touching it.
