Lol this is exactly like last game. None of you believed my role and I would have cleared myself the next day had I not gotten a ridiculous bad bread with IBC being killed. Give SP until tomorrow. For now I suggest we focus our efforts elsewhere.

I can't defend the fact he didn't use his ability night one, nor am I going to say I'm 100% confident he's good. Last game I wasn't able to use my ability night 1 and it was also a one time thing. SP can use his ability EVERY NIGHT which makes it even more of a ballsy claim if he is in fact mafia.

I believed you less than anyone else in that game, but to your credit, you were MUCH more believable than SP. Just look at the evidence:
1. A usually active player, SP was very quiet all game.
2. In the past when attacked and good, he fought hard for himself. Today, he barely spoke.
3. His role reveal just happens to be a very seldom used role that was discussed in the previous game.
4. This role is a no risk role. If he sends a message to the mafia, they already know he is good and if he sends it to a town aligned player, it clears him. Yet even though he had 12 hours to send in a message, any message, even "**** off JRDrylie" he decided not too.
5. We come up with a plan that would probably have the best chance to clear him and he refuses to agree to it.

All valid points but all I'm saying is I would rather give him the day to prove his role and lynch someone else in the meantime.

You can't come up with plans in the Day time that you can bank on. The mafia will just try to counter it. SP is definitely playing differently, but at least he's done all he can at this point. Who knows... maybe he will do what we planned, but telling the mafia what he will do at this point wouldn't be a smart move for himself.
You asked me about OSU and I replied... which took a lot of time to do... but you didn't respond. What's up with that?

I doubt the mafia would try to interfere with the SP/Lady Grizz transaction knowing fully they risk getting caught.

I know I defended SP earlier, but I'm tempted to vote him because he's being a little douchebag that won't follow the plan. I'm starting to get the feeling that's because he knows it won't work. I think I might vote him.

He's done far from all he can. He didn't even use his supposed role. He is not cooperating with the town. He is not laying out suspicions. He has done the opposite of "all he can". He gave us a character, which I'm guessing close to 100% of people will do in this game when they get close enough to being lynched. I get not wanting to give away plans, but he is doing seriously nothing.

Makes sense, but if I were SP I would never let the mafia know what I was trying to do no matter what. Maybe he will do it, but is not telling us.
We give him a day... that's all there is to it. There are bigger fish to fry.

I'm sure he just said it to cast doubt on the mafia, although if he is telling the truth about his role I'm sure the mafia have bigger fish to fry than a friendly neighbour. He is making it hard to constantly defend him here but I refuse to vote for him until tomorrow.

The plan was SP to send a message to Mrs. Grizz. The watcher watches Mrs. Grizz. If Mrs. Grizz lives great, she can either verify the message or not. If she dies we know the killer. The mafia would have a difficult time countering that.
As for OSU, all that was circumstantial evidence. The thing about him saying "Oh no we lost Woody" and "I'm catching up" could be evidence of mafia, but it's kind of weak. And he made a list of three people who he is suspicious of? If I am mafia, I'm making that list bigger, especially if I'm including one of my own in the list. He very well could be mafia, but I think SP has been substantially more sketchy.

Yeah, and he very well may follow that. I just don't get the rush to lynch him now before any of that could be played out.

You guys know how much I value my vote. I just can't get over how he didn't use his ability. Hell he could have caught a mafia member with it, or at least tipped us off to one.
Vote:SP

My rush is that I am much more sure that he is bad than good and I want to get rid of mafia members. If I'm wrong, we lose a glorified townie so we don't lose too much but we gain a lot of information. For one it will look really bad on me considering I was the first to vote for him and have pretty much been the conductor of this lynch train.

Its Deep or SP for me, either one is fine. I was willing to give SP his shot tonight but, if the town decides to just off him, I'm OK with that too.
