IMO Foster is going to lose carries to Tate this season. He is not my #1 guy.

Foster is all on his own atop the FF world right now. He is the new Tomlinson. The RB that can carry your team week in and week out. Tate is not good enough to keep him off the field without Foster tapping his helmet.

Rice (for obvious reasons) is #1 on my board but a lot is because he IS that offense. receiving, running, everything.
Plus it's sex appeal.
And I do think Ben Tate will steal enough carries from Foster

I think I'm comfortable with this as a top 20 for PPR.

If Foster is seriously injured, though, Tate is a top 5 RB. Handcuff is essential if you draft Foster.

Absolutely. That should be the case with any backup that is a talented player with RB1 potential. Foster/Tate, Murray/Jones, Jackson/Spiller and, to a lesser extent, Forte / Peterson / MJD.

Felix Jones is worthless, Tanner should be shouldering the load if Murray goes down. Regardless, point taken.

Oft injured, and clearly looking to completely squander his contract year, but talented and a Jerruh favorite . . . worthless might be a bit much. However, as you say - point taken. I'll add Tanner to my watch lists.

Cobb was a boom or bust pick and my RB could be better but we shall see.

How many targets are we expecting for Cobb on a weekly basis to make him a viable starting option? Big play potential but I need to see the ball thrown his way atleast 4-6 times a game before I consider him for a fantasy roster spot.

In all seriousness hes a 5th WR with the likelihood of being dropped for bye week replacements... but I couldn't go the entire draft without taking a Packer :-(

I know most people don't like Mike Vick, but i got him very very late, and feel good with that risk. I wanted to take David Wilson (NYG) but someone nabbed him right before me, so i took cedric benson, would you trade benson for wilson straight up if you were me? Gimme some input please
Edit: oh and i had the 5th pick and got Foster because people in my league draft QB's really high
|
could i get some more input please?

i would've gone with a different back up QB Ballin. Don't believe Vick will stay healthy and I don't like Freeman. Other than that, I'm a fan

Only downfall is Vick but he has potential to be a fantasy stud the 13 weeks he plays. The rest of your team is almost too good to be true.
Ballin, how's my team?
QB: Aaron Rodgers, Cam Newton
RB: Arian Foster, Ray Rice, Lasean McCoy, Darren McFadden
WR: Calvin, Andre, Fitz, Nelson, Roddy
TE: Gronk, Graham
K: Gostkowski
D: 49ers
Wanted Brady as my backup but someone nabbed him before me ;).
You know your team is studly, if real.

Didn't you just post this roster? Great starting lineup, but your bench is a little iffy. Rodgers only has PPR value, and don't think Benson will be that consistent. I like Maclin and Williams this year though.

Worry. And/or hope MJD follows the typical trajectory of a long holdout RB. I doubt you haev a ton to choose from on the wire, though. What RBs are available? Carrying Lafell and Fleener is completely unnecessary right now, and possibly Flacco, though I like him.[/quote]
I was banking on the same kind of flop CJ had after the holdout last year. Also kinda hoping lafell steps up and becomes Cams #2. Mendenhall didn't get drafted so he's out there so I could drop Fleener for him, which is probably a good idea since I have his backup.
