John Cena had surgery to remove bone chips in his right elbow today. Dr. Andrews removed several pieces of bone cartilage from Cena's elbow through a scope.
“He had begun to lose motion in his arm, and it had been locking up,” Andrews said. “I performed an orthoscopic procedure on his elbow and took out a bunch of spurs. Everything went really well.” Andrews described the procedure as “straight-forward” despite Cena’s “big, old arm.”
“Cena’s rehab will start on Monday with trying to improve his range of motion and getting the swelling down,” Andrews explained.
Cena is expected to recover in two to three weeks. An update on his recovery time is expected Thursday when he is reevaluated.

Have Punk and Heyman come out on Raw on October 1st, when it's supposedly JR appreciation night in Oklahoma, and have them interrupt a ceremony with JR, saying it should be CM Punk appreciation night and when they're about to make things worse for JR, have a returning Jack Swagger, who is now a face and also from Oklahoma, come down to make the save. Probably too drastic of a return for him, being that he's been jobbing for god knows how long but it's an idea.

I really don't understand all the Jack Swagger love? He is was and will always be a mid-carder at best.

Thats what Swagger is, hes a good midcarder that can slide into matches against top guys, put on a good showing, then slide back down. Thats about where his skillset is. Instead, he's losing 1 minute matches every other week. There are far, far better ways to use this guy. That doesnt mean "give him the belt for five years!" It means "stop wasting this guys skillset on things that you employ like 20 other guys to do, when Swagger is capable of doing much, much more for you than this." It's a waste, and thats annoying/frustrating.

I don't disagree with this at all. I just don't see "main event" talent in him.

Swagger's a good wrestler, but he cannot talk. He needs a mouthpiece (Personally, I'd like to see Matt Striker).

He's not that bad, or he wasn't on ECW when they let him go with the lisp.

I dont really watch much these days, but from the beginning i hoped they would turn Brodus but keep the character. Have him be a maniac who treats the dancer girls like **** if they dont preform up to his standards. Kinda Goldust where he sees everything as a performance and demands perfection or something like that. Not sure he has the "acting" chops to pull of maniacal without seeming like an idiot though.

That's putting it lightly.

He probably could, going from his NXT Season 3 stuff. He's just so bad in the ring, so bad.

Brodus is just a bad version of Rikishi. Dude needs to go back to being a badass. He'd be an awesome tweener who just uses his size to crush everyone in his sight

I read on da sheets that he was legitimately sad that the fans didn't pick him to fight CM Punk in the twitter poll.
Also, he is awful in the ring, can't cut a promo, and he's lost his appeal. He shouldn't be a "tweener" because those guys don't exist. Why have him on tv when you could have The Ryback do better things?

Well I agree that he has no place in pro wrestling, Vince seems to feel differently. My statement was more in the sense that if they are going to continue to force him down our throats, use his size as his gimmick, make him a wrecking ball, not this dancing clown. Then again, jballa made a great point, Ryback already is their wrecking ball, so might as well just get rid of Brodus now.

You think WWE would bother doing a midcard storyline?

Only positive thing about Brodus wrestling is that it means I get to see Naomi. I like seeing Naomi.
