Weeden actually looks decent for a rookie. Stands tall in the pocket and has a great arm, makes some great throws. He just needs to cut down on the bad throws that turn into INTs. The offense will be good in a year or two with Weeden and TRich. They are already showing signs of life. The only thing is that he's 29 :/ If he was 24 or 25 there would be no doubt about not drafting a QB next year.
