Officials are too quick to blow the whistle for stopped forward progress. It's a problem on all levels of football and it's my #2 peeve after illegal contact being worth an automatic first down.
Also, **** Bob Stoops. What a ******* stuck up piece of ****. Ran up the score at the end, sounded like an smarmy ass in that interview...and this is not long after pulling a scholarship offer to a guy who had to quit football due to concussions in a year where several other coaches have allowed guys like that to keep them.
I hope something awful happens to him. Every year they're supposed to be big contenders, everyone talks them up and picks them for the championship game, they find a way to lose one game in hilarious fashion, yet he keeps his job. I hope they get hit with a cheating scandal or something and he gets blackballed by the NCAA.

According to people on this site, they will somehow be handed a loss from ND directly from referees.

hahaha
They blew the whistle. Give him what a minute or two to cross the line? He was stopped short.

Big East refs for that game. Makes even more sense. Everything about the conference is incompetent.

That's unlikely. I'm pretty sure they were Pac-12 refs. Visiting teams pick the refs.

The Stanford play wasn't a TD. Forward progress was stopped for like 18 seconds.

Considering they could offer him a medical hardship and it have no effect on their team I'm guessing there was something else that happened there. They had a TE sign last year who had a back injury and couldn't play before he even got to OU and he still has a scholarship there.

I really wonder what this UW team can be if they can get some OL man. So much skill position talent rotting.

and yet Cody Bruns gets screens on 3rd down? Lindquist/Miles is going to have some fun with these weapons though

that's cool. If he can get a 2nd round grade after this year I would leave. I could definitely see him making it in the league. Plus, I want to see some Ty Isaac.
anyways, I saw this on reddit from the Oklahoma vs. Texas game
stiff arm while hurdling:

Both runningbacks coming in I am very excited for. Isaac and Davis will be studs.

Agh, Vandy goes from 2nd down inside the ten to a blocked 44 yard field goal.

It's not a sure thing, but it will be interesting seeing how they grow and develop into their frames while at USC.

How long until it's made mandatory that every player wear the Optimus Prime facemask?
