I get that, but when you're going for a big surprise, and you go with Devon, that's not the good kind of surprise.

Would Jeff Jarrett or Eric Bischoff be any better? Maybe the obvious turn of Bully Ray? The insanely overdone Hulk Hogan turn? I think Devon's pretty much the best way they could go there, outside of a huge name that could debut or something (and the only one out there is John Morrison, who would be a really awful leader of a stable). Maybe Joseph Park morphing back into Abyss, but he's way better as Park and that would have been weird.

They don't have many good options, but that's their own fault for pushing ****** old people for two years.

that's because
he destroyed his face
Man, Kofi has the worst luck. Whenever he is starting to get another good push, something like this happens to derail things. Remember his feud with Orton where he missed his cue to interfere in a match, causing Orton to stall on his punt attempt? Then you had Orton famously yelling STUPID! STUPID! STUPID! to Kofi in their match when he screwed something up. After that, Kofi was pushed down to the ladder and has languished since
here he is, finally getting into a feud for the IC belt, and then this happens. I'll be legit surprised if Miz didn't suffer a concussion. He took a nasty shot to the head and looked completely out of it. They are supposed to have their IC title match tomorrow that will then air on WWE's new show "Main Event" It was billed as the marquee match for this week's show....and now I doubt they are even able to have it with Miz likely unable to compete. That won't make the WWE brass too happy
wouldn't be surprised if Kofi is punished again and Miz beats him and then Kofi is buried

I also still can't get into this Punk turn. Just so forced for no reason. His new shirt is also awful

The guy who does the voice of Bender on Futurama looks like a fat Sheamus.
Pretty crazy.

WWE logic at its best:
AJ fraternizes with a stuperstar, so they replace her with Vickie, who spent her reigns as GM doing the horizontal monster mash with Edge and Dolph.

That Dolph vs Bryan match was awesome. And I agree with WMD, GMs suck. They add nothing, just ****** storylines

A GM/owner can tell a good story (see: Vince McMahon), but the WWE doesn't need one now because everything about the product is so heavily structured as a corporation that the idea of a wrestler/diva running the product makes no sense and adds nothing to the story.

Vince McMahon saying that he doesn't even know what Vickie's job is had me laughing and not in a good way.
I mean really? You are trying to sell her in this "new role" and then you say that?

Should be interesting to see what they do with the Punk/Ryback match.
It's a little early, but I think I'd just go ahead and put the title on Ryback.

No way Punk has to hold on to the title so he can face The Rock.
