It sounds ridculous and laugh all you want, but there are some strong rumors circulating that the nation's #1 recruit DL Robert Nkemdiche is going to switch his commitment to Ole Miss. His brother is playing very well for the Rebels and their was always a shot they would play together but it is becoming a real possiblity. Would be a huge get for the Ole Miss program.

I read his mother in Nigeria is the real driving force here pushing him to go to Ole Miss with his brother. He's visited Oxford what, 3-4x now? Never a good sign for a kid committed to another program (well for Clemson, obviously a great sign for Ole Miss and the rest of the ACC).

Yeah he's been coming a lot, I think this will be his fourth visit in the last year. Would be a huge moment for our program

The big question is what would Clemson do with the offers to his teammates? I know Ole Miss gave legit offers to some of them, I'd guess this is an ultimate 4 or 5 for 1 deal.

I don't know but at the onset of the process people were throwing offers at his teammates just trying to better their chances with the big fish, but turns out a couple of them are very legit. I think it is two teammates of his that are getting other offers. People thought we gave his big brother time just to get a better shot at Robert, but his brother has turned into a hell of a player. I would love it if we could add not only Robert but his teammates, one is a corner and the other a running back.

The QB from his Junior year is now a preferred walk-on at Clemson who is set to get a scholarship in January.

UF offered UM RB commit Alex Collins. He's seriously considering Wisconsin and FSU and UF are both on him. I understand he's the best back in the state but could you all **** off? You already have good backs commited.

Per the Twittersphere, David Dawson decommits from Michigan. That's, uh, never good to lose a top-100 OL commit with offers from everyone.

Yup. I think Michigan will look to offer Dawson's teammate, OT Dennis Finley, or maybe go after Ethan Pocic again.
EDIT: Per Steve Wiltfong of 24/7, Dawson is officially visiting Florida this week. Connect the dots.

Yeah, losing Dawson hurts but it was not surprising at all. He almost decommitted after The Opening. The kid obviously has to do what is best for him, but it seems silly to throw away a scholarship to place you love because you think you might love somewhere else more.

He's never been to UF. My point is that if he visits UF next week and it doesn't live up to his expectations, then he's going to be out of luck.

No he's not, kid has plenty of offers from premier programs. If he loved UM so much, he wouldn't have de-committed with intentions of committing to UF (a school he hasn't visited yet). around spring USC targeted two UM recruits, Tuley-Tillman and Dawson. Tuley-Tillman appeared to be solid with his commitment while Dawson gave the impression that he could be possibly swayed to another school. UF ended up being that school, and there were rumors throughout the summer he was going to switch soon.
**** happens, and UM's class will be OK (especially on the O-line). I personally think Dawson is a bit overrated anyway.

While Michigan losing Dawson sucks, landing Dennis Finley in his place would be pretty cool, especially since it means that both Michigan State and Ohio State (which is in dire need of OL) would miss out.
But Ethan Pocic plz kthxbai.

Tashawn Bower has been at Rutgers a lot lately. It wouldn't be a shock if he flipped from Auburn to us.

If they can snag Shelton Gibson, Mike Mitchell, Chris Worley and maybe if we can rob Louisville of James Quick, the class goes from good to great, imo.
2014 seems to be where we're attempting to load up at OL. Dorian Johnson's a pipe dream at this point :(
And as far as Moore is concerned, he seems like he has ability to make plays in space which has been our biggest weak point this year, he is visiting for the Illinois game and early playing time would be a good pitch for him.

Uconn recruit RB Josh Marriner had 20 carries on 417 yds with 3 TDS last night.
I believe this will reopen his recruitment process back up.
