Insanity. He barely even got to the line.

You'd think the other team would have figured out at some point that nobody else on the team was going to put up a shot

So, the craziest part about that for me is he went to high school about 45 minutes away from me and I played against him my Junior year - he was a grade above me.

Indiana could've put it away, but missed FTs by Yogi and clutch shots by GT takes to OT.
Hulls/Ferrell might be the smallest backcourt by #1 team ever. It can definitely cost them some wins against teams with tall and athletic guards.

We didn't take advantage of Hulls guarding Whittington nearly enough. That should have been a focal point down the stretch. We came to play though. Thought our defense looked miles better than it had been the previous games. The ticky tack foul calls didn't help our cause either but guys need to learn to adjust to the officiating.

Cody Zeller has looked pretty ordinary the past few games. The most exciting player on that squad has been Victor Oladipo thus far. Excellent game to watch last night.

UCLA, like I figured, is overrated. They struggled to beat Georgia last night, and that was with Muhammad.

I'm not a big fan of Zeller. His lack of length really scares me. I saw a few plays last night where guys drove to the basket and scored lay ups on him. Opponents know that they don't have to worry about the shot block. I read the he's 6'11" with a pitiful 6'8" wingspan.

Remy Abell has also been impressive.
Another nobody recruit that might have a nice college career in Indiana.

I only saw OT of the IU-Gtown game, but how did IU had 21 FTA while Gtown had 2 going into OT?

Gonna have to guess Indiana played inside and Georgetown took jumpers primarily.

Yeah he brings a nice consistent jumper off the bench. They get a lot more size once jurkin and perea become eligible.

Well we had to foul towards the end in regulation to be able to tie. But I also think we got some ticky-tack calls that we didnt get the benefit of on the other end.

The system behind Jack Taylor's historic 138-point game for Grinnell
This sounds interesting, but I very much doubt that it would work at higher levels.
Edit: You can watch the game here. During pregame, they specifically state that it's a team goal to get Taylor the record.

It's not like he had some ridiculous shooting day either.

Good bounceback win for Minnesota over Memphis. 41 for Andre Hollins. Stud in the making.

He's IU's only big man right now, I'm not worried about his defense. Wait till Elston, Jurkin and Mosquera-Perea get back. Thats practically all of the Hoosiers muscle that is out right now. Teams have sold out against Zeller thus far. He's had the flu for like a week, too.
