Here is something insane, I really think ND will win. And I hate ND. I hate the SEC because of that ******** conference thing the rednecks cling to when their crappy team has already lost and they need something to cheer for because they are losers, but I really don't care about Bama either way.

Yes, it is kind of nice to say the SEC won another straight national championship. "We" have been saying it for years now. Yet, as I have said, I could really care less if we got to say it for another year. You and the others are reading far too much into it.

Notre Dame has lots of time to prepare and should know darn well they're getting ready to face a very good football team. Some people just aren't going to be convinced that Notre Dame can hang with Alabama until they do it. Notre Dame fans can play the disrespect card all they want. An honest, unbiased comparison makes Alabama the clear favorite to win.

That's actually a good weapon to have. You never want to give Nick Saban a lot of time to prepare for an opponent, but I think his teams can be caught sleeping. If I were a ND fan, I'd hope Alabama gained the sense that they had the championship already won as the clock hit 0:00 in Atlanta tonight. It'd certainly magnify the chip on ND's shoulder.

I'm going 28-20 Alabama. Notre Dame will play over their heads for a while but eventually their lack of depth will work against them.
