because that discussion is still better than people just spamming random stuff that could point to their character or not.

The only thing worse than a no lynch is unrelated **** in the thread so that you have to go through 50 sites of useless posts

There is one thing I want to make sure people remember I think that all the banned users get safe claims for users that aren't in the game. So you know be weary and stuff.

Bear in mind people are going to be doing that very thing because
a) they think it will be fun to mimic/mock other posters.
b) it will keep people of their scent (assuming they are bad)

First the Titans, and now I come back to this news about Ward? I've got so many emotions running through me right now.

I think a really helpful thing the town could do on day one is try and determine who in SWDC history would most likely be identified as the serial killer in this game. Especially seeing as how they have to hint at who they are. If we take them out early we almost 100% assure town victory.

But I'm currently having a hard time thinking of someone who would fit that role in the forum's history.

I see it the opposite way, actually. Baddies will use their safe claim and have no problem outing themselves as one specific poster as it "clears" them. Good people are the ones in this case who have to try and lead the mafia off their scent and keep them guessing who they are.

JBbond already said bad players day roles are related to their safe claims, not their actual mafia roles so it would result in nothing. The SK is probably going to be zombie libid, back from the dead to spread his measles to the innocent posters of SWDC.
