Yeah, Ferentz pulled it when he knew Edwards wasn't going to commit. He does that all the time. Apparently because he's a 12 year old girl.
Sounds about right. Our staff has always held on to scholarship offers like we hold onto timeouts at the end of the half, and only offer a new one when we rescind one from someone who hasn't committed yet. God forbid we leave 2 offers out there for 1 spot until one guy commits.

Bonus points to Kirk and staff 3 years ago for pulling James White's offer after we received a verbal from another RB (DeAndre Johnson) coming off an ACL injury and we only had room for 1 RB that year.

Michigan re-offered David Dawson a couple of days ago and then offered his teammate Dennis Finley, a Michigan State commit, yesterday. I know they've been interested in Finley for awhile now, but the timing makes me wonder if they are trying to get Dawson to re-commit soon.
