I like the idea of Butch Jones coaching Wisconsin and Pete CarMichael Jr. coaching Tennessee. Unfortunately, I don't think it would meet each unviersity's merits for HC.

Wisconsin should go after Paul Rhoads of Iowa State. What he's done there playing in the Big 12 is far more impressive than what Jones did basically inheriting Kelly's team.

That would be entirely unacceptable. I'd honestly rather hire Petrino, and I freakin' hate the thought of Petrino to UT.

Even when they change conferences, they pretty much have to run the table to get into the playoff, because you know that the SEC, B1G, and Pac are going to be in there every year. And I love how you basically just proved my point by insinuating that Charlie Strong is a ***** and doesn't want to bang with the big boys. As bad as UT was this year, they still had 3 of those 4 teams you mentioned up against the ropes this year, with 2 of those 3 being away games.
Also, UT is a much better job than Louisville for myriad reasons more than just salary.

Sonny Dykes said turning around cal will be a long process. No it won't. Keenan Allen is going to NFL so you're no longer forced to play a QB the staff and players didn't want starting.

Did you see Bridgford play? That guy was all kinds of awful. Kline was just a true freshman so I doubt he would've been better than Maynard. As sad as it is, Maynard was our best QB. That was the problem, not playing the wrong player.
