When I was in Chicago this summer for vacation I went to an illegal underground club that was located in a huge warehouse, so it didn't really have a closing time. I came in at about 4am and left at about 11am. Everyone was on cocaine or ecstasy so people just kept dancing all night and not even knowing what time it was. At about 11am people started fighting and a huge brawl broke out. I was lucky to escape alive.

I don't even know what it's like to buy drinks after 2. Closest i ever get to that is once a year during daylight savings times.

None of your bars stay open later? We had one in Texarkana that stayed open until four. We'd party at one bar until close and then call the other bar's drunk bus to pick us up to take us to the other for two hours.

That sounds awesomesauce. And nope, all our **** closes down at 2, promptly, and TABC knows which places like to bend the rules a little bit so they like to randomly swing by to pay visits. Pretty lame.

Just straight out stupidity grinds my gears. How can some people just be so stupid?

There are certain things I'm not allowed to discuss over the phone, this guy calls and asks me about one of those things but as a courtesy we kinda go around it and say "It's a good day for you to come in" or "It's not a good day" and most people will understand that's yes or no...I tell him "It's not a good day for you to come in" he says..."And why is that?"...

man. i used to think, 'god i wish bars stayed open later.' then i started going out at 8 instead of midnight and started thinking, 'my liver probably really appreciates that bars don't stay open later.' 1.30am works pretty well, as long as there's a liquor cabinet at home for special occasions.

nah, not in denver. a lot of people go out early so they can do stuff the next day. that's why we're less fat than everyone else.

Yeah, people really suck when it comes to walking. Not only will they not walk small distances, they also walk horribly slow. I'll generally walk it if it's under 2 miles.

I love walking if it's possible. Suburbs make that difficult though but I do like cities a million times more.

I was there just a month ago, and I'm pretty sure the new Nurse Practitioner asked the same question. They're the only doctor's office I see, and they know it...mostly because they basically require it.

I've been thinking about doctor shopping. I used to see the old NP there, and had a great relationship with her. But she left, and now the main doctor has merged her practice with a bigger medical group, which hasn't been really working for me.

I know I'm treading on sensitive territory here, but I don't agree with the practice of buying and sending various items for memorials. I see these memorial sites, such as ones in Newtown, and they look like garbage piles. There are better ways to memorialize someone. Where do people think all these teddy bears, flowers, and candles go?
