LA will get it together. Have we learned nothing from Miami? It takes time to gel. Especially with an aging backcourt.
Will they go to the Finals? I don't know. D'Antoni is a giant turd sandwich. He's the only reason why I'm not booking them for the Finals.

OKC led by double digits for a big part of that game, the final score isn't indicative of how that game went.

Miami had three guys under 30, LA has three of their four over 30 and the other with serious back issues.

Age isn't as big of an issue as you think. It effects your regular season, but as long as those guys are healthy come playoff time, they'll be fine.
Boston has been ancient for the past 3 years and they're doing just fine.

Rondo has been their best player the last five years and is only 26, so it's not very similar.

And Dwight Howard is young too. Give him 2 more months for his back to get right and he'll be fine.
And Kobe is Kobe.

I was so pissed when the Celtics signed Terry over Mayo. Still am. Why go young when you can get EVEN OLDER.
Rondo - Mayo - Green - Sullinger - Melo/whoever would have been a decent core to build on.

*sigh
I miss Lowry and Dragic....
A back court of Lowry-Dragic/Harden sure would've been sexy to watch.
I also would love it if the Rockets would play some serious D for once. And oh great...next game is against the mother ******* Spurs. RIP to the Rockets on that night.

It's cool. The Celtics signed Courtney Lee and Jason Terry to $21.4m/4y and $15.7m/3y, respectively. Good thing they didn't sign Mayo to that $8.2m/2y deal the Mavs dropped on him. What an awful contract :\. I'd totally much rather have 2 guys for $37m that can (combined) barely/not even cover the numbers of one guy for $8m.

From what Ive heard Mayo fid recieve more lucrative offers then the one the mavs extended to him, but he ended u here becuase he really wanted to play for Carlisle. Love that. Either if he keeps this play up he's due for a fat pay day this summer

I'm okay with the win as long as it means the guys who were thought to be busts are succeeding. But why couldn't they play competitively in any other game this season?
