That's a good drive to open the game. I don't mind them not running on 3rd and 1 because it was a decent play action call to mix things up. We'll see how the defense plays though considering the injuries.

Meh. A more pass-oriented play action would be fine. Don't call 2 receiver PA plays that far from the end zone. If it's well covered and the DE/UT recognize the naked boot you'll have pressure on the QB and tight coverage. Just not a good scenario.

If the safety bites sure it's a TD to Hanna but I'd rather continue plodding along in that situation until Cincy proves they can stop the running game.

Considering we are going against one of the best D-lines in the league you really think they are doing that bad? I think they are doing a very formidable job, Dunlap vs Free is probably the biggest mis-match in the NFL this weekend and Geno Atkins is the best DT in football. Considering the talent level of both I'm not too upset there.


It's been a close game thus far, not too upset about a bunch of things, this will be a hard, tough game. Unlike last week, they are doing a good job of taking Dez away, last week we just didn't try, this week they are rolling a LB under neath him. We still need to find ways to get him the ball, we just can't come out every week and go "Oh well, they are trying to stop Dez so we just can't use our best offensive player this week". That's just not going to cut it.


Defenses key on the best players, give him some chances to get involved.

When have I personally ever said that? If anything I'm one of Romo's biggest supporters on here, but that was a bad call because he had better options.

That was after the following three plays:

Geno destroys Bernie for a 3 yard Murray loss.
Dunlap beats Free and Romo has to scramble on a 3-step drop.
Geno destroys Bernie again and forces Romo to scramble rather than stepping up to make the throw.


They are doing "okay" but the right side of our line is laughably bad. Bernie and Free should not be starting in the NFL.
