I've now turned to the college soccer championship. Such is my indifference to the Bears and the NFL.

But a runner can just break the plane of the endzone and the play is over. Explain that to someone that has never watched the game before.

The refs in the Colts-Titans game are planning to make every bad call they can make.

Yeah good luck trying run an offense without a legitimate deep threat. It ******* blows. We have a TE who's playing as well a anyone ever has, a 100 catch receiver, and a stable of good running backs, but even with that every 4th game or so none of our receivers can get open because nobody can get open over the top. It's a problem we've had since Moss left. Wallace may not be perfect, but you're not going to be able to replace him if he leaves.

If what you want from your deep threat is a guy that can't catch or run any other route tells newspapers he loses focus if he doesn't get his share of targets, have him. Pay him the 8-10 mil a year he wants.
Brown and Sanders both have plenty of speed to be viewed as a legit deep threat.

I wish my team had a Mike Wallace on it that I could complain about. That sounds better than Michael Jenkins.

Hard to see some of these calls against the Bengals. I guess they're ok if you're a Boyz fan.

Oh Donnie Avery that was just awful. Beautiful throw on the run by Luck for what should have been a TD and he flatout drops it

Chargers arnt even playing that well. On offense at least. This is just a display of how pathetic the Steelers are at every aspect of the game today. Going to be a horrific loss.

I'll keep this in mind for next year when you're complaining how nobody can get open. Brown is more quick than fast, and Sanders hasn't proven enough and has been inconsistent in his own right. Wallace has had a **** season, but he's still the guy everybody worries about when they play the Steelers. Wallace isn't a dime a dozen in any measure like you implied.

Jake Locker does a lot of things that make me worried that he'll never be a consistent quarterback, but he also makes alot of splash plays. If he can lead a scoring drive here late in the game, it will at least make me feel a little better
