Gerald Green bounced around the league being worthless for seven years, and had an OKAY stretch of 25 games or so. Varejao has always been a very good defensive player and great rebounder, now he's expanding his skillset by becoming an elite rebounder and a great passer as well.

A compiler is someone like Jordan Crawford, who shoots a fuckton and is incredibly inefficient but gets all these opportunities because his team blows. A guy who rebounds a ton, passes well, and scores rather efficiently as a center is not a compiler. Stop being such a dumbass.

If that's the case, why don't players on other awful teams lead the league in rebounding? And normally, he isn't an all star player. But he's an all star this year...

Lets flip it. If he's so great, why are the Cavs so bad?

If he's that efficient and great and an all star, then they should have more than 4 wins. This is a sport where 1 player can make a difference. And he makes no difference.

An all star is a player who you can insert in your lineup and he will add wins to your team bc he's a difference maker. He's not that guy. He's a complimentary player.
