I know I'm suffering now from multiple concussions playing HS and Semi-Pro ball.. I used to have a photographic memory but now it comes and goes and I have to study twice as hard to remember things. Some days are better than others but I can definitely tell the difference...

If you make a waiver, and they sign it, they're bound legally.

You can't waive your right to sue for negligence, so this leaves open a lot of potential lawsuits anyway.

I agree with the notion that its a dangerous sport and these players know what they are getting into. I understand and respect players like Barry Sanders who decide to leave the game before their body completely shuts down.

^ Wow, same here dog... 3 of them (no not semi-pro ball though, just HS & college) that I know of and weird symptoms as you have mentioned.
