I very much agree. I went in with super low expectations and came out extremely satisfied.

anyways, I saw Django tonight and it ruled. Waltz and DiCaprio were great. Fun to watch.
Pulp Fiction, Inglorious Basterds, Reservoir Dogs, Four Rooms (although the other three segments are awesome to), True Romance (although not directed him), Tarantino's just awesome sauce. Maniacal douche maybe, but his films are still awesome.

Steven (aka Samuel L) in Djando was the great. Also, watching the movie with a bunch of drunk black folk made it pretty interesting/funnier.

The whole dialogue about the hoods was maybe one of my favorite scenes ever. Hilarious.

The hoods was probably my favorite scene in the movie.
A good read for those that have already seen it.

Four Rooms is not good, not good at all. The word awesome does not need to be used in relation to that movie.

I don't even want to see the Hobbit right now until I get around to Django. I've been highly anticipating it for a while, and with the reviews everyone is giving it, can't wait to finally see it.

I guess I understand why people didn't like This is 40 but I am going to get on my high horse and say you bastards just didn't get it. So ******* unique, I really felt it was one of the greatest cinematic achievements to date. The raw energy and power in every performance, every camera movement, every moment just really resonated with me.

I'm going to break down and go see Jack Reacher. I don't have a problem with Tom Cruise as an actor but I do have a problem with him being cast as Jack Reacher.
The Lee Child series with Reacher as his main character is really great reading, about 15 of them so far. The character in the book is 6-5 and 250 lbs so not feeling it having Tommy boy play the part.
most in here probably have little interest but I've known a couple of these ex-military crazies so I guess I have a vested interest.
