This is why option routes helps your offense. Corey Webster was playing Riley Cooper 8 yards off the LOS. A sight adjustment there would result in an easy first down. All he had to do was run a slant and it's an easy conversion. Or Vick needs to recognize that and audible him into a slant.
I guess that's more of an error by Vick not recognizing the presnap coverage and audibling to an easy throw.

Ugh...I knew that was going to happen. Terrible to only be up by 10 considering how much the Lions pissed this game away in the first half.

You don't have to make an excuse for Schaub there. Everyone who saw it knows it was a terrible pass. You can't underthrow those. Overthrow, maybe. Not underthrown and picked off.
|
It's okay. I'll make a gif for you later maybe if I feel like acquiring the game file. And we'll see how 3 yards is 1 yard.
Has nothing to do with excuses. If by excuses you mean facts. And I never said it wasn't a bad throw. I'm just talking about the distance it missed the receiver by.

If I was a starting NFL quarterback that was drafted in the first round there's no doubt I would be an asshole at least 50% of the time. Especially after people bugging me for an autograph for the 129049823th time.

They would be, yes. Lions just got a TD before half though so now it's a game again

Eli's big half (4 TD's) coming a week too late for Fantasy Owners.
I'd love to hear the big bear Andy Reid's speech right now at halftime, down 35-7.
What could he say?
What a clusterphuck that whole team is from him down

It's amazing to me how well Justin Blackmon has been doing with Henne at QB, who is a marginal QB at best. Yet they want to still give Gabbert and Tebow a shot, two guys who can't throw at all, and ruin their best play-maker(player?) and his development.
He would have easily hit 1000 yards if Henne was starting all year.

Hey it took a lot of courage to make that post. Honestly I thought it was curtains when I pushed the reply button.
