I've been a Romo supporter for a long time now. But I've seen enough big game failures from him to realize that he's never gonna win a SB. He just doesn't have it in his DNA.
He'll give you production, but the guy just comes up so small when it matters the most. Dallas has to sit down and really start thinking about their future, and if they want him under center for the next 5 or 6 years with a contract extension.
Yes, Romo has the Pro Bowl statistics, but comes up short when it matters most and/or wins when it matters least. A rich man's Aaron Brooks essentially. Sad. He can throw the ball very well, but for whatever reason his decision making is really bad when it has to be really good. Cowboys might have to start looking at another option.

I'm glad you guys see it too. So thrilled right now. Skins won't go far in the playoffs but at least their in. No disrespect to Giants fans, but suck it, Wellington Mara.

you don't get under anyone's skin. you're just obnoxious and so wrong about everything. it's more fascinating, really. you don't rile people up, you just mystify us how you can be so wrong about everything and turn everything into a packers reference.

I kind of feel bad for Romo because from everything Ive read about the guy, he seems like an awesome dude.
You have a heart.... Romo is a good dude and he gets blamed for a lot of **** that's not his fault.
But he had 2 terrible Ints tonight, in a do-or-die, and they weren't because Dez was out.

He's a great guy. I'd like to see him get a fresh start somewhere.
Agreed, I think hes serviceable at the position as well but he just isn't getting it done when it matters. Then again, that isn't solely on him- that goes for pretty much that entire team for the past few years now. Jones needs to get off his high horse, get a GM, and start from scratch because this team can't consistently win.
Aaron Brooks flamed out pretty bad towards the end of his career, and his accuracy was spotty, but the dude did put together some pretty big clutch performances for us. He brought us more success than anyone pre-brees, which isn't saying a whole lot, but he was pretty good when games were on the line.

If you were half as smart as you think you are, you'd be almost as smart as I am.
Enjoy your off-season.
With Rutgers out too, you have no reason to be in here for awhile. So long.

Alex Smith is going to be a hot commodity this offseason and he is sure to disappoint. He is a good player, but people will expect a franchise QB and they will get a pretty good safer QB. He will probably be really overpaid.
I also love Romo the man, but hate Romo the player. He has skills, but just screws up when it counts way too often.
I want to make a Vegas bet on Romo being on the Cards next year.
Where can I do that?
Bet365.com is a good start.

He's not really even a great guy. He constantly avoids the media. He's a coward. Rich Gosselin has hammered him for not being more open while he gave praise to Michael Young of the Rangers.
We'd take him in Oakland, I'm not a Romo fan whatsoever but I'll admit he'd be pretty good for a lot of teams.
Yeah but I don't see him thriving in Oakland, nothing really in place for him to succeed with that Dallas doesn't have. Maybe a run game if anyone can stay healthy.

Avoiding the media is hardly something I would hold against any celeb/athlete. In fact, it would be great if they would all avoid the media as much as possible.

Why you gotta do me like that??
Thought we were on the same side.
