Well atleast the 300 yards passing and 200 yards rushing record still remains.

I've been watching football for a long time and he is maybe the most dynamic player to play that position i've seen. What struck me was how well he threw the ball. Had it not been for that ball that caromed off #85s hands his numbers would have been totally insane.

I like Mike Shannahan as a prospect - huge big bodied WR - would be great in the red zone and to move the chains

Is A&M the favorite to win the SEC next year?

I'd say whoever wins Alabama at A&M wins the conference.

They'd have to be close to it. I expect whoever wins Alabama/A&M wins the West, whoever wins Florida(yes, even after the Sugar Bowl)/SC wins the East, and at this point I'd give deference to the West overall.

their schedule looks very favorable with 8 games at home. besides playing at LSU all their games look winable.
Alabama would have to be their big rival for the conference but they are probably going to lose 3/5ths of their offensive line.
Obviously returning Jake Matthews would be key.

Weren't Oklahoma & Pitt two of Notre Dames big wins? Two SEC teams sure made them look weak. Very overrated SEC this season indeed.

Who said the SEC was overrated? That said, it's funny that you would bring this up.
Clemson beat LSU and Northwestern beat Mississippi State. Weren't those two of Alabama's three biggest wins? Other than Georgia, who has looked good that Alabama beat this year?

I don't think it's so much the SEC overrated as the other conferences and teams aren't as bad as the SEC fanboys make it out to be.

The media and random posters on here have made it out to be that the SEC is having a down year. And yes those were two of Alabama's bigger wins. What's the correlation? I'm bringing it up because I don't think Notre Dame is all that.

I don't think anyone thinks Notre Dame is all that; Alabama is highly favored.
That said, if you don't see the correlation I don't know what to tell you; your own argument suggests that Alabama isn't all that either.

It's not like Clemson was some awful team. They won off of Les Miles inability to call the right plays in crunch time and a late field goal. I'd still call winning at Death Valley at night a big win since it's such a rarity but last years edition was clearly a much better team. And I'd say Michigan was a bigger win compared to MSU since they did almost upset South Carolina lol.

hey, doesn't matter. You play to win the game, don't make excuses for why the other team lost the game.
2 years from now, nobody will remember exactly why LSU lost the game. It will just be Clemson won, and played a good game.

A side note to all this bowl madness. Aaron Murray goes for his final year at UGA. Should be in line for a senior bowl spot next season.

I was brought up to hate Notre Dame. But between hearing Roll Tide 100 times today and all my Facebook friends (mostly Florida fans) blowing up my knews feed with their "SEC! SEC! SEC!" ********, I'm pulling for the Irish.

31-17 Bama.
I think the game will end up closer than the scoreline will indicate. I think Notre Dame will hang around for quite a while before eventually simply getting overpowered.
