Cincinnati is a good defense with a solid gameplan. It's not that shocking that Schaub has been shut down.

Some guys just aren't head coaches. Zimmer might be one of them. Brilliant coordinator, but being the leader of a team is a different skillset from being a great coordinator.

I'd love to see him get a chance, but none of us knows how he interviews, or if he has any vision for a team, or his grasp of offense. Or his ability to manage an entire team.
