And they're going to play the Nuggets when they get there.

Yes, because it's always predictable when a guy re-breaks his hand after playing the worst ball of his career.

Will you just wear it already? You came out with all these crazy ass predictions and statements before the season and you just continue to find excuses for them not working out...you win some, you lose some and sometimes you end up sounding like a dumb ass.

Considering the additions of guys such as Andrei Kirilenko and Chase Budinger (an absolutely ideal fit for Adelman's offense) to a team with: Kevin Love coming off of an MVP caliber season; Ricky Rubio likely hitting his stride in his return from a torn ACL during the stretch of the NBA season; along with the natural progression of a young team in the second year under Rick Adelman's tutelage, his prediction wasn't as out there as everybody makes it seem. There is simply no way that anyone could have foreseen the unfortunate luck that has continually stricken the Wolves.

Might as well sell everything you have and rebuild. We'll give you Brandon Knight and two future 2nd round picks for Rubio.

Deal, but only on the condition that you also take Lou Amundson, and promise to give him Andre Drummond's minutes, showing the world how batshit crazy, Lawrence Frank really is. Plus, watching Lou attempt to play more offense would make me feel a lot of happy feels.

ok, few things
- Brooklyn stadium is so god damn nice. just a great place. A little cramped in the upper levels though. But parking wasn't too bad and it was easy to get to
- Avery didn't play Teletovic or MarShon and he looks like a fool for it early on. PJ's using the bench much more wisely
- So. Much. Ball movement. the Nets finally looked like an actual TEAM with moving the ball around.
- Reggie Evans up and under move on Boogie was the highlight of my life
- So were Teletovic's and Bropez's blocks.
- Boogie Cousins is a god damn animal. Unstoppable...when he wants to be. **** selling low. His talent is ridiculous. It's a shame his personality hinders it.
- Oh. "Outlaw sucks" chants were fabulous last night.

I like how Amare is accepting his role off the bench. He realizes at this point in his career he's merely here for some scoring off the bench, that's it.
That's all we need from him. When Melo is cold, we need a 2nd guy who can score, and right now it's JR Smith which is a dangerous thought, even though Smith is having a career year with us.
Once Stat starts getting comfortable he'll give us what we need.
And Melo is playing out of his mind this season.

Cramped up stadiums are the best. That's what I love so much about the Garden, it's cramped, and it's like you're right over the court so it's loud. The atmosphere is like no other.
I can't wait to go to a Nets/Knicks game at the Garden next year. My big regret was not going to that game this year. Chose the Lakers game instead, which was a blowout and uninteresting.

Meh. 08-09 probably looks better on paper, but his teammates at least enjoy playing with him now and he is far less of a cancer. He is also playing neutral defense this year, especially when on a SG.
07-08 could've been a great year for him (he was actually efficient), but he just didn't get the PT to say it was a career year.

Smith found his role. He's a solid 6th man type that can provide scoring off the bench. He's still not very efficient, but his maturity level is much higher, and he gets along with his teammates and coaches.
He's good for the role he's put in. That's all we ask of him, and he does a very good job of it.

Bottom line, Kings really let the 4 games out of 5 nights really get to them. They played absolutely horrific D. And the Nets played well and made them pay.

I just want Trey Burke for the Pistons. A good shooting PG who can pass and limit turnovers? Sexy gold.

You know what hasn't gotten enough attention? Boogie's increasing assist numbers. He's always been a pretty good passer, but now they're running the offense through him in the low block, and he's become A LOT better at feeling the double team and kicking to the open guy. If it we actually had some competent perimeter shooting (outside of Jimmer time), his assist numbers would be a lot higher.
Speaking of which, Jimmer needs to stay in the regular rotation. He needs a bulk of the minutes, especially with Cousins on the floor. Jimmer has a hard time creating his own shot off the dribble, but jesus does he make defense close in on him. That helps the spacing a ton, but of course i don't expect Keith Smart's dumb ass to realize that.

Isiah Thomas ******** the bed has just killed you guys. You can space the floor all you want, but until you get even a semi-competant, non iso ball PG, you are totally ******.
