Unbelievable is someone coming back from the dead or the fact that some people think Jeff Dunham is funny.
They probably just offered him a lot of money.

Unbelievable in the sense of good. I'd imagine its around a million, which is a huge raise compared to his 500K he gets at MSU.

So happy for him. After Rich Rodriguez ****** him over, I'm glad to see him having success.

FSU snags Georgia Tech interim DC/DB Coach Charlie Kelly as the new LB Coach.
QB and RB Coaches are left to fill, strong rumors Alabama's RB Coach will be coming on board soon. QB Coach is still open but if Fisher was smart he'd go after alumni Chris Weinke.

Or not.....
OC/TE Coach James Coley is moving to QB Coach, leaving FSU with an opening for RB and TE Coach now. On one hand a QB Coach who can actually coach would be nice, but Jimbo has always been an excellent QB instructor. Now we may get a TE Coach who can actually coach and get Nick O'Leary to realize he's not shooting Nike commercials.

Mario Cristobal to the U to be associate head coach/TE coach. Golden can't be too ecstatic with that.

Why wouldn't he be? He hired him. Awesome to have him back, great recruiter especially in South Florida. Carroll goes to WR coach which is a bit weird.

Seems like Cristobal could have been forced on to the staff. To much of a "name" to be on the staff if something goes wrong. Just seems off to me.

Not sure who would have forced it. Not like there is a real AD at the moment and no one is really gonna tell Al he has to do anything at this point. Cristobal played here and coached here, has coached with D'Onfrio before, and is an amazing recruiter that is insanely well respected in South Florida. We have a bunch of Jersey guys and west coast guys on the staff, Cristobal added to Barrow gives us a second elite South Florida guy. Definitely think you're reaching a bit here.
Don't think Carroll is here for much longer though.

Billy Napier will be joining the FSU staff, unsure if as RB or TE Coach.

Doesnt sound like it. The rumor right now on 24-7 is that Kiffen and Haden are going to pass on him and are looking at Mark Banker (Oregon State), Clancy Pendergrast (Former Cal DC) and Joe Barry (Ex USC LB coach and current Charger LB coach).

Flirted with UCLA...and SC is still a better job.
I would agree with you for the most part because I know his situation but being one of the highest paid coaches in the country on top of the best doctors in te world at your daughter's disposal is tempting.
With that being said it is more of a dream than anything, and my realistic top choice would be a guy like James Franklin from Vandy.

Joe Barry was supposedly on the USC campus this morning to interview for either the DC or LB coach job. We will likely need to fill both with Hazelton supposedly following Monte to Dallas (thank god they are gone! Take him with ya Monte).

Thats something that I have heard, and I like that after seeing Monte's defenses dropping 8 like every play it seems. He also has flexibility having called 3-4 and 4-3 defenses.
It has been said he will be implementing an attacking 4-3 scheme...I am alright with this. I would have preferred Narduzzi but that would have been an absolutely homerun.
