Seriously though, if you look at Deng's career, it's ridiculous to see how much he's improved and what he's added to his game. There used to be a time early in his career where he could only shoot a mid-range jumper, couldn't drive, couldn't hit the basket if he shot from 3, and his defense was just there.

I think he can make bad teams average, but cannot coach good teams to be great teams.

AKA, if he can run his offense with a pick and roll guy and all 3 point shooters you can threaten .500 with just shooters and a decent point. But this Lakers team can't do that, especially with Pau and Dwight.

He was overrated.
