There's a pretty looking penalty shot for the Kovalchuk. Devils killing the score board in a game it feels like Philly has really controlled most of the game. Philly being out scored with a man advantage.

Devils up 3-0 with six shots. First off simply terrible defense having no one in front of the net to gather a rebound, last one a penalty shot.

Impressive defense from the Devils. Flyers getting shots but nothing's clean. Devils getting to all the loose pucks and rebounds. And Marty making some great saves to make it all look better.

Can't wait to hear guys talking about Philly starting 0-3.

Watched the entire Bruins-Rangers game thus far to get a good look at Dougie Hamilton. Couldn't be more impressed. Kid is absolutely 100% the real deal. Reminds me of a more polished Brent Burns. Great skater, great size.

I doubt it. Niemi's played decent so far this year and Greiss is the backup until he's a FA. Stalock has outplayed Sateri in the AHL this year so far so he's definitely next in line. Sucks to hear, but it's a short season. Have a feeling we'll be seeing the third goalie for a lot of teams quite a bit this year. Maybe he'll get a shot. He's incredible at playing the puck. Especially on the power play when a team has a weak clear and is trying to change their tired PKers.

I dig the Rask/Miller combo in a 12-team league. Giroux is a stud, obviously. For some reason, I had a feeling that Spezza could be in MVP talks this season, but I hate Ottawa so forget that. Kane is also a stud. Loui is sex. Lucic and Simmer should help across the board. Lots of potential between E. Kane, Dougie, Baertschi, Duchene, ... Great group on defense. Awesome job, I must say.

Of course, I feel like I might be able to say that about a bunch of teams. I'm like Jon Gruden when it comes to hockey. "Now I like this guy a lot..."
That's why I find it so hard to get into fantasy hockey. I feel like I would need a really deep league to test myself, because in my mind all of those guys are just obviously good. I need the deep sleepers.
