I'm interested to see what he can do with his talent. Not sure if he makes it or not. But yeah, his upside and athleticism for a guy that tall is pretty intriguing. Orlando could use a guy like that to develop.

a team option is basically you deciding if you would like to retain a player or not

if you choose to pick up a qualifying offer that player becomes a restricted FA and you have the right to match any contract offered, you do not get picks or anything if you do not choose to match like in the NFL

the Warriors in particular only have a team option for Jeremy Tyler at the minimum which basically will change nothing
