If that really is Tuiasosopo and not faked by Te'o's camp, then Tuiasosopo deserves an Oscar. To be able to pull off that voice without ever snickering or changing the voice or messing up in some other way for over a year is impressive.

Yes, girls are really that dumb. Although to be honest from what I heard, Touiadfpefodjfle just asked that she make the sign in support of a cancer patient, it could have been simply sympathy, not stupidity.

This thread went from funny to ********. If Katie Couric asks you if you're ***, and you're not, that's pretty much the reaction I would expect. Lots of confirmation bias happening at this point.
You have to see the rest of the interview. That's like, the only time he looked animated at all.

If Katie Couric asked whether I was ***, I'd just calmly say "no," because I'm secure in my sexuality. I don't need to be all "Whoa, whoa, I loooooove the (fake) ladies!"

There is nothing wrong with it, and I'm plenty secure in my sexuality as well. But at the same time, if someone put me on the spot like that, especially on national TV, my natural reaction would be similar. I'm not ***, and I don't want the people in my life (parents, for example) to believe that I am. So I really don't blame him there.

Not to mention - and maybe I do need to watch this entire interview to get some more context - I'm not sure why people are still jumping to that conclusion at this point. Is it because the person on the other end of the phone call, with a feminine voice, is a man? Because that's pretty ridiculous reasoning. Nothing that has come out recently leads me to think he's ***. I think he's just an idiot.
