To me Pugh is a guy that has to be moved to RT, possibly inside to Guard.
Johnson on the other hand has the ability to play LT, he's got the feet the quickness. He's very raw, so he needs work on his technique. He hasn't been playing OT long, formerly playing QB and TE.
On the plus side, he still looks solid in drills and on tape and seems to be a blue collar worker thats willing to learn what it takes to be a LT.
I think he compares pretty favorably to Joe Staley coming out.
Ultimately I think his coaching will be what determines how he does in the league
